Once you're at the submission page, rather than clicking "Submit Art..." click "Submit Text". You'll have to copy and paste from a document, and add in the italics, bold, and underlined phrases by hand in URL format (i.e., and </ i> without the spaces for italics, and </ b> for bold, and </ u> for underlined, and etc.). Hope this helped!
